[nukkad] war with pakistan

War clouds on the horizon and so many people crying for war to finish
Pakistan once for all.
we must be realistic. I was one of the advocates for a war to end all wars
with Pakistan. but the chances have eluded us with both India and pak going
nuclear and the stupid , spineless politicians who traded off whatever
little we won on the negotiating table in the past are to be blamed for
this.
now that Pakistan has the missiles (whether developed or bought does not
matter. both will do the same damage. will a missile fail to hit India just
because it was made in Korea or china?) and the suspect nukes a full scale
war is out of question practically. no one can be confidant that a crazy
paki will not launch the nukes.there is no dearth of these crazies.
paradoxically musharaff is still the best bet. no politician can make peace
with India and survive politically. if at all  any one can do it is a
dictator. and even here it is doubtful how far he can push things through.
I don't like this state of affairs one bit; but there is no escaping the
realities.
