How to technically define this?

Persons born here? Naturalised? Taken sanctuary here?

Since when? 20, 40, 1000 years? 

Is Indian blood Indian sperm?

Many who foam at the mouth for Hindu India may actually have
Moslem blood in their veins.

Who can say he is wholly Hindu when one cannot name anyone
earlier than great grand parents?

Who can say with certainty their lineage was always singularly
Indian?

The concept "Indian" did not even exist prior to Brithish invasion
when people were from this riasat or that rajwada.

Thus, not to denigrate what Kapilji says, what is Indian blood?
