Is this an advice to stay away from India?...If so I am not sure if I will 
follow it.
  But be sure, if I will visit India one day and if I will have to struggle 
with "other things" then,
  I will call for your help....;)
  I didn't read the book...What "other things" did Sarah struggle with, give 
some examples, please.
