The action will fail because the governmental agencies and corporate
bodies will continue to buy petrol. e.g. BEST buses, govt airlines,
sewage vehicles, ships and so on and so on.

Can you imagine them joining the citizens? And what of the phenomenal
loss that you write about? Isn't that going to hurt you me and every
Indian citizen?
