Dear anantha
I find it really suprising and shameful that election commision is taking
this stand.
Whenever there is election Poll in my area I do think that as a responsible
citizen I must cast my vote. But when I go through the list of candidates I
must say I do not find the right choice. I just do not vote!!!

What should one do in these type of situations when we do not have a choice?

This is true information. But the problem with this section is that there is
no privacy in this. While you are saying that no candidate is reliable to be
voted, you must specify your name and address and other details.

My friend tried to vote by this section in this assembly election. What was
the response he got?

The officials do not know any of the section like this. But from reliable
souces (his friend is a candidate in a constituency) he got the information
that election commission has been deliberately telling to the officials that
be ignorant to people so that let them vote for any candidate and let them
not loose the privacy.
