Here we have the subject "religion", since '89, optional with the 
subject "ethics". So much for the theory. Practically, most schools 
don't offer the ethics classes as there aren't enough trained teachers 
of this subject. Which is a pity.

Besides, I am not for teaching religion in public schools.
Introducing different cultures and religions would be much more 
developing to the young minds. Could also be one of the ways of teaching 
tolerance. Unfortunately now, with the recent developments on the 
political stage, it's becoming less possible than ever.
