[nukkad] help with extension

i had raised this issue earlier but have misplaced thread

every time i open thunderbird i get a message 'install.rdf' missing and 
contact author or something like that

have read up the issue and think it is some extension which should have 
been included at downloading newer thunderbird

don't feel competent to find the thing nor install it

drtv had mentioned updating mozilla or some way of repairing it

can't find it in moz or th'bird

any thoughts?
