Vegetarians have to just eat a well balanced meal, that is all.. they will
get all the minerals required.  Withregards to tables, the absorption rate
is very poor. All we will get is expensive stools!

Personally I don't buy any bull from modern non-vegatarian pseuco scholars
who try to impute that a vegetarian diet is not sufficient!!
