I doubt this will have any effect/elicit a reply because:
1. You have committed the faux pas of writing a "Personal" mail.
2. You are trying to "Hijack" this thread.
3. Most of your remarks are "tangential" and therefore irrelevant.
4. Do you know the futility of debating an issue with someone who can "See no 
wrong, Think no wrong and Do no wrong"?
5. In as much as it seems that these remarks might have a certain truth behind 
them, the said situations expressed by Ravi Menon, hereinafter referred to as 
the hijacker, have no bearing on the Subject matter started by Dr. Gupta, 
hereinafter referred to as the victim.
