[nukkad] An Indian Panda Express

When I had visited Pune in March last year, I was pleasantly surprised to find 
the Yo-China! outlet at the Gold Adlabs mall, offering the Indian-Chinese 
cuisine in an upmarket multiplex/mall environment. The food was decent and 
prices were affordable for the young IT and BPO folks who used to frequent the 
mall, and kept it humming well into the night.

Today I read this interview in Business-Standard, about the man behind the 
Yo-China! chain, one which aims to be an Indian McDonald, or a Panda Express 
perhaps, and bring the ever popular "Indian-Chinese" cuisine to India's 
upwardly mobile middle-class.
Very interesting read.
