On the contrary a medical professional would certainly ask that first. Ravi has 
asked a most pertinent question. Would you treat your patient on outdated 
research? Oh sorry I forgot. You do not have patients any more. Only clients. 
So date of publication doesn't matter. Only that it supports your viewpoint.

6 years in medical research is an eternity. Also we are not discussing 
treatment guidelines on a national level but personalised Best treatment 
criteria for individuals who would want the current best. And not look at the 
cost.
