Fabulous lesson! Thanks Ravi!!

And no - not often, but rarely do you see a boss own up to mistakes
that the team has made. And even more rarely do you see bosses share
the stage with the team members that were responsible for the success.
And out of those rare occasions, once in a while you see a boss
acknowledge that the success was due to a junior leader.
