Then if we use this "at some time thinking" then I would blame Mahatma Gandhi 
for the Blasts.

The Only thing that will save us today as the realisation that only WE are 
responsible for our own safety and take the appropriate measures. Rather than 
try to boycott cheerleaders, this is where our leaders should be concentrating 
their efforts. Trying to blame someone for our predicament we take our future 
in our own hands. Since you post so many excellent "Good Management" posts I am 
sure you will agree to this. Like the senior ISRO guy who would take 
responsibility.
