How is that a positive? He has already taken a budget surplus and
converted it into a deficit. Now he is simply borrowing even more from
the future and putting dollars into my pocket. All this does is
increase interest rates :-)

And for your information, i did not receive the rebate check - nor
will I receive one (not qualified).
