Rohit first make sure the diagnosis is right. As a patient suffering
from what was diagnosed as pneumonia, I had the misfortune to be seen
by a leading specialist of chest diseases in Mumbai. He decided it was
TB and prescribed a course of treatment. However better sense
prevailed and I had a second and a third opinion.
The gentleman today is head of Chest diseases at a  leading teaching
hospital and a powerful congress politician.
