I can imagine what response the writer of the letter would have got when he
had asked the bhajan singers to be quiet or to allow him to have a place to
sit.  Has anybody tried telling the people doing namaz on the roads on
fridays 'zara baju sarak bhai'?  
If I have a problem with you practising your religion, it is I who has to
change, not you.  That is what freedom of religion is all about.  If freedom
of religion means that you can practice your religion only when it is not
objectionable to anybody, then where is the freedom?  There is always going
to be somebody who doesn't like what you do.
Because I don't like what you say, should we take away freedom of speech?

I used to hate Varsha Bhosle.  Now I think she might have a point, after
all.

When these groups occupy one compartement they literally 'occupy' the whole
compartment.They reserve seats for their comrades and do not allow other
passengers to sit in them
If you argue with them they abuse you and argue with you and sometimes
threaten you.
As for namaaz on the roads then Sir only on friday when the main prayer is
said do they crowd the place around the mosque.
Just one day in a week and that too for about 20 minutes or so.

Everyone has a right to practise his/her own religion but not at the cost of
others
