Need some help on the card game 'Rummy'

Hi all,

We (the team at Indiagames.com) are developing an online game on the
card game 'Rummy'.

This is primarily a single-player game where the player will play 
against the computer. 

We have developed the basic engine for the game. 

We would like to make this game as exhaustive as possible and would
like to know the various versions and variations of the game.

If anyone on this list can write down the step-by-step procedure
for the game, it'll help us a great deal in developing the game.
