Hi Harshal

This is very nice query that you have raised and I think we all must know
about
this bond matter that most of the software companies insist to sign and at
that
time when you are in need you end up signing the bond.

In India , as far as I know bonded labour is not allowed by law. But still
most of
the companies are doing that. I am not aware about the details. But I am
very
much curious to know about it.

I would like to request you to inform me if you get some response on this
matter.

Hi,

If you or anyone you know has been pursued by TCS to repay their
bond money, let me know. Did you end up paying or did you fight them
in court or did you just lie low and ignore them?
