The mail at the end is WRONG. If I need to explain each and every thing I 
need lots of time, which I don't have. But, you can always go to immigration 
pages like murthy.com, usvisanews.com to learn that the mail at the end is 
wrong.

it is 2 different visa..
H1 and B1 is both work permit to u.s .a
only different is IF u have H1 VISA then u can change  any time company here
in U.S.A.
but if somebody sponsored u for B1 from Indian .u can't change the company ,
u r bounded to that company.
