INTERPRETATION:

To both thou Lords Mighty, M/s Clinton and Bush, worthy of the  thrones 
majestic of the God's own country on earth, inhabited by God's own people, 
having a direct hotline with the almighty above, in daily communion with Him, 
who commands thou to bomb the East for gains to West, all in the name of God's 
harvest, or to liaise with damsels cute, with soft-sealed mouths rendered mute, 
I bow and bow and bow and bow, till sweat drenches my thin brow.
