Happy Dassera to you.

As we all know, Dassera marks the end of Navraatri, the festival of nine
(Nav) nights (raatri).

Dassera also marks the day when Lord Ram after a hard fought
battle against the king of Lanka, Raavan (who had abducted
Lord Ram's wife Sita), which lasted for 9 days, killed Raavan
on the 10th day and won the battle (hence the name Vijayadashmi.
Vijaya - victory, dashami - 10th day).


Dassera not only marks the victory of Ram over Raavan but rather
signifies the victory over good over evil, of 'satya' (truth) over
'asatya' (falsehood).


To mark this occasion we at indiagames.com dedicate a new game 
called Raavan-Vadh to the world.

The game is a depiction of the battle between Lord Ram and Raavan.
To kill Raavan, shoot down his 10 heads by aiming the bow using the
mouse, and shooting the arrow by clicking the mouse button.

To save Lord Ram from Raavan's attack, move the mouse to avoid
getting hit.

Victory is achieved only when you shoot down the 10 heads
of Raavan and then shoot him in the navel (naabhi) which
contains his 'praan' (soul).--
