expressed below.
Is  theThe decision to go for a foreign coach for the
Indian cricket team correct?
Have a look at the list of ex cricketers below. All of
them have the experience and are capable Of coaching
and mentoring the Indian cricketers. 
The question now arises that the wheteher the Indian
Cricket board has the confidence In it’s own system
and it’s own players and ex players, Shouldn’t the
board first look at The coaching talents available in
India before searching outside the country.Looking at
the present situation if Mr. Kapil Dev is not
continuing, one of the following can be selected as
Indian cricket coach.

team.All are equally talented and experienced enough
To coach and mentorthe present  indian cricket team
and bring it to top.

The list might be missing some great personalities,
definitley the board needs to lokk well within the
country first to find a caoch for the indian cricket
team , before just hastily going outside.
