Don't you think anger is destructive?

When we are angry [not because of bad weather, but really angry, to the
bottom] we are not able to communicate properly. Anger distorts both what we
receive and what we want to convey. Anger limits the scope of arguments we
are able to use because we focus on what causes anger and how to fight it,
being unable to see beyond. Which turns anger into rage. And that destroys
not only our relationships with others but also, or mainly, ourselves. In
terms of both psyche and soma [doctors may provide a more detailed
explanation]. Anger consumes so much energy which otherwise could be used in
some creative way...

I thought about it having read angry mails posted to Nukkad recently.
Bearing in mind that our time here is not very long, why not ask: 'is anger
really worth it? '. I would prompt the negative answer  : )))

Thinking about anger on Nukkad I sort of automatically thought about Azim.
By opposition. Azim may get lost in the meanders of his long sentences but
he never gets angry.

Azim, i think you have matured since you joined Nukkad. Whether because or
in spite of it, is difficult to say. But you certainly have. Perhaps it also
contributed to your latest success... Congratulations and keep it up!
