[nukkad] Tips in the swimming pool

Tip of the day:  Re-use your plastic bags.

1) This applies to the following swimming pools:
        Building pools
        Club pools
        Municipality owned pools
2) Please do not open your mouth while swimming. Reason being that the
Chlorine content of the water affects the enamel of your teeth, leaving it
lustreless after some time.
3) In other words, keep your lips sealed in the pool, especially when you go
underground.
4) Do not enter the pool without a rubber cap . This cap should fully
conceal all the hair on your head. The cap should not be a semi-permeable
material. In other words, the cap should be such that when you come out of
the pool, your hair should be dry. Reason being that if you expose your
scalp in the water, it carries a risk of water borne infections like
Allopacia. Practical implication is that you start rapidly losing the hair
on your head.
5) Never go swimming without a swimming goggles. Reason being that the
chlorine makes your eyes reddish, and irritates you for the rest of the day.

I was affected by 2, 4, 5 in the intial stages of my swimming career.
Fortunately, nothing permanent.
