At least one example comes to my mind. Neelakanth Khadilkar did not send his
daughter Rohini to school for one year (she was in ninth standard then) to
groom her in chess. Eventually, Rohini and her elder sisters Jayashree and
Vasanti became first Women International Masters of India. Before that,
there were hardly any ladies in chess in India.

Everybody  wants miracle but I ask from all of you that can you  allow your
son or daughter to play other than  cricket . No parents allow them to  come
out from study room. Every one takes games as a hobby i.e. as a secondary
thing.
So when every one change their attitude , then only you can hope some thing.
