Yes, everything is free in the US. Free speech they call it. But when it
comes to one-upmanship / showmanship americans will do anything to have
their way. The fact that the book is available (except book shops) is enough
proof. Americans have to say that they are the only people on the moon. And
you have to swallow that, whether you like it or not. The book was banned
acccording to the web sites I have seen (I am only stating what I read and I
dont say I believe in it but thats what is put out)

The original book is supposed to have 500 odd pages. This is being marketed
in a form which is incomplete - maybe 350 pages are there. The rest is not
there because a) Either the guy selling the stuff could not get hold of a
copy with all the pages or b) To retain marketability value. This is being
sold for some 30 dollars. Maybe the second instalememnt could be pushed in
to get some money.

You must remember that such books are written (and convincingly) to get
moolah boss!
