Speech by Mr. Hussain Dalwai on the occasion of Shahir
Amarshekh's rememberance.

The muslims living in Maharashtra r like Shahir
Amarshekh. They respect the culture over here n 
they respect the great Hindu King Chhatrapati Shivaji
Maharaj, King Aurangajeb. They don't care 
about the terrorists organizations like Talibaan,
Laskar-E-Toiba n SIMI. In respect to this, the
current Hindu mentality of hating them shud be
changed. This century is of globalization,
technology n "GLASNOST". In this century we all shud
come out of the religion barrier n try to
use the most modern technology for the betterment of
mankind. Peace comes from the discussions
not war. Shahir Amarshekh was involved in "SANYUKTA
MAHARASHTRA CHALVAL". He spoke for 3 cr. 
Maharashtrians at that time. His popularity was so
fenominal that the Indian Prime Minister at
that time Moraraji Desai, had to give him an
appointment for the discussions. Communication is
the key for any main-stream process. Today's muslims
have gone away from the main stream process
n for their today's situation even though they r
blamed but the rightist political parties carry
an equal blame. That's why they shud take an
initiative to join the main stream of development n
others shud encourage their efforts. This is possible
thru effective communication.
