Folks,

Vishwas Patil and Ninad Rane have left this list voluntarily. 

Since they are no longer on the list, their messages (even
if they are in reply to your emails) won't be sent to 'nukkad'.

I am in a quandry here. Usually, I don't allow private email
(email that was sent directly to the person) on the list. 
Thus if Person A sent a message to 'nukkad', and Person B
replied directly to Person A and then Person A replied to B and
included 'nukkad' in the To list, I won't send the message to
'nukkad'. This is because B's direct reply to A was meant to be
personal (otherwise he would have sent it to the list). B never
intended to share his reply and I don't want to forcefully share
it. 

This is where I am stuck. There are a couple of emails continuing
the 'What makes a Maharashtrian?' discussion. They include Vishwas's
responses which were sent directly to the sender. Obviously, Vishwas 
didn't want to participate in the on-list debate but he will 
be forced in if I send messages that contain his email to 'nukkad'. 

The way I see it, I have two options:

1. Edit out all Vishwas's comments. This will remove all context from
the reply and give an incomplete picture.

2. Ignore all emails that have Vishwas's replies. This will (rightly)
piss-off the people still on the list and still wanting to continue
the discussion.

Any thoughts on what should I do?

I will probably come up with something after a night's rest but 
wanted to get your feedback and alert you to this problem.
