So you mean to say that Arabs and Midlle East populace are brainless? So 
thought the Americans and look at what happened? The US planning so astutely 
about countering bioligical warfare and designing future-safe missile 
defence systems became dumb asses when a couple of dozens people having 
nothing more than knives and box cutters with such precision and 
sophistication   hijacked four commercial arlines and used them as deadly 
missiles to hit the WTC and Pentagon and would have hit White House and Air 
Force One. Now who is dumb and who is intelligent?

Friend, there are intelligent and unintelligent people cutting across all 
races and nationalities. It is the environent in which he grows and lack of 
direction why transform him into either productive citizens or insurgents. 
As someone on the list mentioned, never underestimate your enemy however 
puny he or she is.
