Thanks Harshal for pointing thisout. I, too, re-read the entire passage and realised that it was quite an old one. The reference to draft dodgers gave it away. I apologise for not having researched it sufficiently. Mea culpa.

But I have been receiving too many e-mails and am not able to respond to every one of them with the same urgency. Thanks again for the correction.
