For the latest on Musharaf. Interestingly, when ever a Pakistani head of
state has met Indian prime minister for talks, he has disappeared from the
scene. Here are the examples in chronological order of occurance.
                                               1) Liaquat Ali, (prime
minister after Jinnah) was murdered after his meeting with Nehru.
                             2) Gen Ayyub khan disappeared after meeting
Shashtri in       Tashkent.
3) Gen. Yahya Khan disappeared after debacle of Bangladesh war. Fate could
not wait till he met Indira Gandhi.                                 4)
Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was jailed after meeting Indira Gandhi at Simla and
later hanged.                                      5) Gen. Zia Ul Haq
perished in air crash soon after his cricket match diplomacy with Rajiv
Gandhi.                                    6) Nawaz Sharif disappeared from
Pakistan soon after meeting Vajpayee in Lahore.
                      7) Next in line is Musharaf, for he has already met
Vajpayee in Agra. Its only a matter of time.
