[This message contained attachments that have been removed.] Kozhi = chicken Melagu = Pepper / Chilly Varuval = fry ( I think so) I think the origin of this dish is Chettinad or Tamil Nadu If you have the "stomach" for chillies try this recipe from Andhra Dish. I used to use therecipe from the NDTV cooks website but for some reason there is an error on the site. But it uses a lot of pepper and is awesome.
