[nukkad] Heard of Biswakarma puja?

There are three photos on Yahoo! News (at
http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/search?p=Biswakarma&c=news_photos)
depicting a sculptor making Biswakarma (or Vishwakarma) idols for the
Biswakarma Puja festival on Sept. 17. The text with the photos says
that the festival is celebrated nationwide but I have never heard of
it.

Have you heard of it? Or is the photographer adding journalistic
license to his description?
