For me also the same problem is there. All the mails from max comes in
five times, and all others comes twice.

I doubt one reason. While mailing we all give "reply All" or "reply"

If we are hitting "reply all" then there are two mails one to direct
mail id and other towareds nukkad id. Is this the reason?
