I am surprised we don't have something similar set up in India yet
given how Bollywood fixated we are.

The Ideas Exchange. This one is waaayyyyy out there.
http://www.ideosphere.com/ But this particular exchange is not easy to
fathom. The nice thing is that it is a free market where you can TRULY
take long or short positions without any liquidity issues. Normally,
to sell a stock short, you have to borrow it. In this case, you can
see the order book with all the standing orders and hit the buyers
with your sells (essentially creating -ve positions in your account).
I believe there is an FAQ somewhere.
