[nukkad] Xena becomes Iris

The official name for 2003 UB313, formerly called Xena, is Iris. Iris
almost became part of the planetary family a few weeks back till the
astronomers decided to re-define 'planet' such that it didn't qualify.

The IAU released an official circular that also moved Pluto into the
'Minor Planets' group.

Iris is the Greek goddess of discord and strife - an apt choice for a
heavenly body that caused much discussion and argument.

The moon of Eris, formerly known as Gabrielle, is now Dysnomia, the
goddess of lawlessness.

Whether this was a deliberate pun - Lucy Lawless played Xena - or not,
is left as an exercise for the reader.
