[nukkad] help on cd compilation

hi friends

i want to compile a cd that will autorun

i have all the contents ready in a folder. in this folder there are various 
folders pertaining to various departments and one doc file (index.doc) that 
contains a hyperlinked index. when you click on a particular entry, a letter 
format (another doc file) opens.

how to go about the compilation so that,
the cd will autorun & the index.doc will open
if one browses the cd in explorer, i want only the index.doc to be visible

i understand that i have to prepare autorun.inf in notepad and place it in the 
root of the folder containing the above mentioned contents.

what to write in the notepad file - autorun.inf?
