Did the board have a phone number or a web address? If not, it is
either a teaser campaign and more will be revealed soon or the
billboard company has a dyslexic painter on its payroll.

There was a pretty cool ad campaign involving billboards a couple of
months back in various US cities. There was even a blog that was
supposed to be by the woman who supposedly paid for the billboards.
People in each of those cities thought that it was an actual message
from a scorned wife till they realised that other cities had the same
billboard.
