When did India tell Iran they were not interested in the pipeline?
I don't seem to remember this at all.
Secondly work on the pipeline has not begun. negotiations are on.
Please do not forget the pipeline will work only and ONLY IF Pakistan
agree.The process is not bi lateral but tri- and maybe even
quadrilateral in case Afghanistan is traversed too.
